So excited to share this yummy Vegan pizza with you guys! One of the scariest thoughts I had when turning vegan was the thought of not having pizza anymore. No more stringy cheese or delicious toppings on a crispy crust. Well with this recipe you can start loving pizza again! In other news, has anyone seen the new Pizza Express vegan pizza? I need to try it! Has anyone tried it yet? What do you think of it?
Ingredients (Serves 1-4 depending on size of base)
Pizza base – you can make your own or buy one. I used a gluten-free option.
Pizza sauce – I make my own with tinned tomatoes, tomato puree and oregano.
Vegan Cheese – I used Cheese Mozzarella
Nutritional yeast (optional)
After you’ve got your base with the sauce on, add your mozzarella slices. Then your other toppings. Go as big or small as you would like! Pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
I love this combination of veg on my pizza. The only thing it’s missing is pineapple but I didn’t think that would taste good with the other stuff on here. This was so yummy and only 400 calories!
