Welcome to the recipe area. Whether you’re a Vegan, Vegetarian or just seeking a different way of eating. Most of these recipes are amateur concoctions by my own hand and a few are by others that deserve a place on the website.  They’re all uncomplicated delicious delights. All of these recipes are meat free, dairy free and suitable for vegans.

How about a Protein Smoothie for Breakfast? Followed by a Jacket Potato topped with Chickpea Tuna for lunch and a warming bowl of Vegetable Stew with Dumplings for Dinner or maybe something a little lighter like my recipe for Lemon and Kale Spaghetti. There’s something for every mood and occasion. Don’t forget the dessert and snacks! Brownies, Cheesecake, Milkshakes, Roasted Chickpeas. The options are endless. My personal favourite is the decadent Chocolate Gingerbread Silk Cake.

I have a no-nonsense approach to cooking so all the recipes are easy to follow and make great results with only a few ingredients and steps. I encourage you to use these recipes as a guideline rather than a set of rules. Have fun with them and make your own spin on things.
