I’m very excited for this edition of ‘Avocado Loves’. Today we have one of my favourites. Pasta! Now, anyone who knows me knows that I love pasta. As does my husband. The great thing about pasta is that it’s easy for a vegan because most pasta dishes I cooked before going vegan didn’t contain any none vegan items in the first place. I probably do a pasta recipe at least twice a week.
Ingredients (serves 2)
2 Garlic Cloves
2tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper
I haven’t included specific measurements or a method for this recipe as it’s pretty straight forward. Just pasta and then the other ingredients with it. Plus I think it’s nice to add as much lemon, garlic etc as you prefer to your own tastes 😀
