Chocolate, Banana and Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Protein shakes, especially chocolate ones are probably my favourite smoothies for either breakfast, lunch or a general snack. So scrummy they are more like a milkshake than a smoothie or a watery or powdery protein shake made badly. This is probably something I make 3/4 times a week for breakfast. A great one to have after a workout. Enjoy!

Ingredients (serves 1)

2 Bananas
1tbsp cocoa powder
2tbsp peanut butter powder
1tsp vanilla extract
1tbsp rolled oats
250ml soya milk
2-4 Pitted Dates (optional)



I’m not going to bother with a method. You know how to make a smoothie. Whizz it up good and you have a frothy chocolatey delight. So good!
