    How many of you are coffee lovers? Me? Not so much. But I usually like a decaf coffee in the morning as part of my routine to get me up and moving.     Chocolate Avocado Mousse

    Avocado is a great healthy fat to include in recipes to make it more creamy, it is great for things like pasta’s salad dressings and also now, as a base for chocolate mousse. It works surprisingly well with the mix of dates, chocolate, and vanilla. It feels moreish and decadent and is a more sophisticated pudding than your usual cake or biscuits.     Banana Milkshake

    McDonalds Banana Milkshakes were one of my many addictions before I went Vegan. I have a big sweet tooth and I’ve always loved Banana so they gave me the best of both worlds. Recently I’ve had a craving for such a thing so I made my own. You can use the base of this recipe, minus the banana for other flavors. Add some strawberries for a delicious strawberry milkshake. Some chocolate spread would make a fab chocolate milkshake. Or, get creative.
