    Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberries are a fruit you should try to eat every day. They’re a wonderful superfood. High in fibre and heart-healthy vitamins. Alone, they can be quite tart but with the sweetness of grapes and strawberries and the creaminess of yoghurt, they make a wonderful base for an exceptionally tasty smoothie. Play around with the fruit of your choosing and maybe also try some yogurt or milk instead of juice. Or, even another type of juice. Apple would be good. If you like this recipe you should try other berry smoothies such as the Melon & Blackberry Smoothie…

    WallyJay’s Everyday Chocolate Protein Shake

Protein smoothies are a great way to start your day if you need something a little more filling than a traditional fruit smoothie but quicker than a bowl of oats. A great breakfast for when you’re on your way to work or the gym. This is one of my go-to smoothies which I have at least 4-5 times a week. The protein in this smoothie comes from the peanut butter and banana. Combined with the delicious flavor of chocolate it feels like your having a dessert for breakfast without the guilt or sugar and calorie overload. You could easily swap out the peanut butter for another nut butter of your choice as…
