Blueberries are a fruit you should try to eat every day. They’re a wonderful superfood. High in fibre and heart-healthy vitamins. Alone, they can be quite tart but with the sweetness of grapes and strawberries and the creaminess of yoghurt, they make a wonderful base for an exceptionally tasty smoothie.
At 519 calories this makes a wonderful healthy option to your typical lunch or breakfast. Full of goodness to keep you full and provide you with so many amazing vitamins and minerals.

Blueberry Delight Smoothie
- 1 Small Banana Frozen or unfrozen
- 100 ml Plant Based Yoghurt I used plain but flavoured would also be delicious
- 50 g Strawberries
- 50 g Red Seedless Grapes
- tbsp Chia Seeds Optional
- Toppings of your choice I used Cocoa Nibs, Almonds and Walnuts.
Combine all your ingredients in a blender.
Add some water according to preference. Blend on high speed for at least 30 seconds.
Serve immediately or prep the night before with some Chia Seeds for a delicious Chia Seed Pudding.
