Blueberry Delight Smoothie

Blueberries are a fruit you should try to eat every day. They’re a wonderful superfood. High in fibre and heart-healthy vitamins. Alone, they can be quite tart but with the sweetness of grapes and strawberries and the creaminess of yoghurt, they make a wonderful base for an exceptionally tasty smoothie.

At 519 calories this makes a wonderful healthy option to your typical lunch or breakfast. Full of goodness to keep you full and provide you with so many amazing vitamins and minerals.

If you enjoy this recipe then how about trying another fruit smoothie like the Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie. Or, if you would prefer something denser and filling then try the Chocolate Protein Smoothie or even the Apple & Pecan Pie Oatmeal.
