This strawberry smoothie is perfect for a lighter breakfast option. The oats and flaxseed are an added extra to help keep you full until lunch. The sweetness of the strawberries with the yoghurt means that you aren’t reaching for the Golden Syrup to add to it. A great healthy option.
This would be a wonderful base to use for Chia Seed Pudding. Just Pop in your Chia Seeds. Give it a good stir and place in the fridge to set.

Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie
- 100 g Frozen Strawberries
- 350 ml Plant-Based Milk
- 125 g Strawberry Plant-Based Yoghurt Plain or another flavour would also work.
- 2 tsp Oats
- 2 tsp Milled flaxseed Optional
Place all of your ingredients in a blender. It's easier if the yoghurt is closest to the blade.
Blend on the highest setting for 30 seconds or more.
Consume immediately or place in the fridge for later in the day.
