These protein balls are great for when you want something light but still filling. The combination of peanut butter and oats will keep you full for plenty of time which makes them a great option for an on the go or quick breakfast. Peanut Butter Protein Balls
- 200 g Peanut Butter
- 200 g Oats
- 1 tsp Golden Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Sweet Freedom Chocolate Pot Optional
Combine all your ingredients in a bowl.
Mould into small balls with your hands.
Place in a tub. These will keep in the fridge for around a week or in the freezer for several months.
