Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Avocado is a great healthy fat to include in recipes to make it more creamy, it is great for things like pasta’s salad dressings and also now, as a base for chocolate mousse. It works surprisingly well with the mix of dates, chocolate, and vanilla.

It feels moreish and decadent and is a more sophisticated pudding than your usual cake or biscuits. This would be a great one to impress your friends with and you can jazz it up with anything you like. Anything from fruit to a chocolate bar or something more simple like nuts and coconut.

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Avocado
  • 6 Dates
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 50 ml Plant-Based Milk
  • 1 tsp Bioglan Cocoa Powder Optional


  1. Combine all your ingredients in a blender minus the plant-based milk. Add enough milk as you need to help it blend, you probably won't need to use the full 50ml. 

  2. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds. 

  3. Serve immediately.
