Avocado is one of those foods related items that I never used to be that keen on. As soon as I became vegan however it became one of my favourite foods. In smoothies, puddings or any main meal. Avocado is great on so many things and is super good for you.
They’re incredibly nutritious, full of healthy fats and fiber just to name the minimum 🙂 They are really super good for you.
