This is a simple recipe to give yourself that extra boost for the day. Ginger is so good for you. Bananas are a great ingredient for potassium and Orange Juice is perfect for a Vitamin C kick. A great booster for your system.
The color is so wonderful for this smoothie. I would recommend playing around with the ingredients. There are plenty of greens you could add to this. Celery or kale would work well for example. Have some fun with it.

Green Super Boost Smoothie
- 1 Banana
- 1 Orange
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 200 g of Spinach.
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 250 ml Water Add according to your preference
Add all your ingredients to the blender.
Blend on a high speed for 30 seconds to a minute.
