Green Super Boost Smoothie

This is a simple recipe to give yourself that extra boost for the day. Ginger is so good for you. Bananas are a great ingredient for potassium and Orange Juice is perfect for a Vitamin C kick. A great booster for your system.

The color is so wonderful for this smoothie. I would recommend playing around with the ingredients. There are plenty of greens you could add to this. Celery or kale would work well for example. Have some fun with it.

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Tsp Ginger
  • 200 g of Spinach.
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 250 ml Water Add according to your preference


  1. Add all your ingredients to the blender. 

  2. Blend on a high speed for 30 seconds to a minute. 

  3. Serve immediately.
