Melon & Blackberry Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for the summer months. Due to the high water content, melons are a perfect breakfast food whether on its own, in a fruit salad or as part of a smoothie. The taste of honeydew melon works perfectly with the sharp tang of blackberries which are high in vitamin C and pretty low in calories making them a great fruit to eat frequently. Plus the color of this smoothie is just amazing!

  • 250 g Honeydew Melon
  • 100 g Frozen Blackberries
  • 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
  • 100 ml Alpro Soya Milk
  • 1 Tsp Bioglan Supergreens Berry Burst Optional
  • 1 tbsp Golden Syrup /Agave Optional


  1. Roughly chop your melon and blend. 

  2. Add the rest of your ingredients to the blender. 

  3. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
