Orange & Raspberry Smoothie

During the summer months, a refreshing smoothie, especially for breakfast is an exciting way to start your day. This smoothie combines energy boosting orange juice with the sweetness or Raspberries, a superfood to start your day with.

With some desiccated coconut and frozen raspberries on top. This would make a wonderful smoothie bowl.  You could also add some rolled oats for something a little more filling. Play around with the fruit of your choosing and maybe also try some yogurt or milk instead of juice. Or, even another type of juice. Apple would be good.

Orange & Raspberry Smoothie

  • 300 ml Orange Juice
  • 1 Banana
  • 100 g Raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Seed
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • Handful of Goji Berries
  • Raspberries for topping optional
  • Desiccated coconut optional


  1. Add your Banana, Raspberries and Orange Juice to a blender. 

  2. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds. 

  3. Add the rest of your ingredients and blend again for another 20 seconds. 

  4. Serve immediately and top with Raspberries and Desiccated Coconut.
