Mango & Pineapple smoothie

This recipe is perfect for those summer days when it’s super hot and you need something refreshing and thirst quenching for the morning. Mango and pineapple go together like two peas in a pod to create a tropical-infused delight.

If you wanted you could easily add a little ginger or a tablespoon of rolled oats to give it even more of a nutrient boost and oats are great for keeping you full throughout the day.

Mango & Pineapple Smoothie

  • 1 Banana
  • 100 g Pineapple
  • 100 g Mango
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 250 ml Water


  1. Add everything to your blender. 

  2. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds. 

  3. Serve immediately. Top with your favorite fruit, nuts or a sprinkle of desiccated coconut for a tropical style.
